TeamF1, Inc. is a privately held supplier of OEM-ready security
and networking software to the embedded systems market. TeamF1
offers a complete security platform with well-integrated modular
technologies tailored to the embedded OEM market, and designed
to meet the stringent requirements of constrained embedded
devices. We operate offices worldwide to provide support and
sales to our customers and currently employ more than 80
employees and sales representatives around the world. We are
headquartered in Silicon Valley in the city of Fremont,
California (U.S.A) and have a premier R&D facility in the
bustling software hub city of Hyderabad, India offering the
company a wide spectrum of talent, technology resources,
partners and innovative research.

Financing
Since its inception, TeamF1 has grown organically and funded its
expansion with cash flow and minimal debt. This has allowed us
to maintain our independence and clarity of vision in our early
stages of growth, and has been a key factor in nurturing the
team environment we set out as an early goal for ourselves, and
in building successful long-term customer relationships. Our
performance in the face of industry-downturns underlines our
stability and our ability to meet our customers' needs with our
offerings.
History and Business Overview
TeamF1 was conceived around end of 1996 in response to the lack
of connectivity and security solutions for embedded devices
including those that were commonly available in the
desktop/server world. Ironically, at the time, embedded hardware
was beginning to add specialized resources to address these
problems but contemporary software solutions focused on the
lowest common denominator, and underleveraged these resources
leading to a misconception that "constrained" embedded devices
could not have advanced connectivity and security features.
TeamF1 began operations in November 1998 with a goal of
providing performance-enabled secure connectivity solutions.
With the initial support of key customers, TeamF1 launched its
first networking and security software components about two
years later in early 2001. Ever since, TeamF1 has been committed
to enabling embedded innovations by connecting and securing
devices in many different market segments. Today, regarded as
one of the premier provider of software in this space, TeamF1
develops, markets and supports software solutions that help our
OEM customers bring their end-products to market faster with
advanced, cutting-edge, secure technologies.
Distribution
TeamF1's products are sold through a network of strategic
channel partners in the US, and internationally in more than a
dozen countries. Our resellers and distributors are carefully
chosen to provide significant added value to the customer in
terms of support and consulting, and are well-trained on the
company's technology offerings which is a key aspect of
providing technical account management services.

multiple-licensee customers who vouch for the quality of our
software, responsiveness of our support, and the
customer-centric approach of our organization. We are proud to
count among our repeat customers Tier-1 companies such as Cisco,
