Responsibilities
» Planning and execution of embedded software projects in a timely and cost effective manner
» Ensuring that the software development processes are followed; measuring progress and status reporting to customers and management
» Hiring, training and motivation of software engineers
Requirements
» Proven track record in a software project management role
» 3+ years experience in software project management
» Understanding of key project management principles
» Network protocol development experience a plus
» Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
» Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities
» Responsible for design, coding and verification of cutting edge high-performance network security and protocol products on a variety of real time operating systems (RTOS) and a broad range of hardware.
Requirements
» Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering
» 2+ years of experience in embedded software development
» Proficiency in advanced C programming
» Knowledge of Operating Systems at kernel-level, Computer Architecture and Compilers
» Knowledge of an embedded OS desirable
» Linux development experience a plus
» Excellent written and verbal communication skills
