Project Manager

Responsibilities

  • Planning and execution of embedded software projects in a timely and cost effective manner
  • Ensuring that the software development processes are followed; measuring progress and status reporting to customers and management
  • Hiring, training and motivation of software engineers

Requirements

  • Proven track record in a software project management role
  • 3+ years experience in software project management
  • Understanding of key project management principles
  • Network protocol development experience a plus
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Software Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for design, coding and verification of cutting edge high-performance network security and protocol products on a variety of real time operating systems (RTOS) and a broad range of hardware.

Requirements

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering
  • 2+ years of experience in embedded software development
  • Proficiency in advanced C programming
  • Knowledge of Operating Systems at kernel-level, Computer Architecture and Compilers
  • Knowledge of an embedded OS desirable
  • Linux development experience a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
