FREMONT, Calif.— February 05, 2007 –- TeamF1,

the leader in embedded security, has launched a line of
production-ready software solutions geared specifically to
OEMs/ODMs serving the small-to-medium business (SMB)
segment. The SMBware™ family of innovative prepackaged
solutions gives OEMs the ability to bring to market
differentiated, leading-edge devices for their SMB customers
- and do so with much less risk and at lower cost than was
previously possible.
The first member of the SMBware family, the Secure Gateway
Solution (SGS), addresses the needs of OEMs/ODMs who build
VPN/firewall/router devices. SGS offers ironclad, advanced
networking security, easy-to-use device management features,
and multiple gateway options in a preintegrated,
production-ready form.
OEMs/ODMs can select SMBware modules from TeamF1's currently
deployed, standalone software products, other field-tested
TeamF1 software modules designed exclusively for turnkey
solutions, and modules from third parties. TeamF1 integrates
these into validated customer-specific solutions to meet
OEMs' specific requirements.

AMCC, Cavium Networks, and others to achieve tight
integration with advanced processor architectures and native
use of specialized hardware resources for higher performance
and lower hardware/software integration risks for OEMs.
Availability
TeamF1's Secure Gateway Solution is available immediately
under flexible licensing terms including a source code
license and a variety of production license (royalty)
options. SGS is currently supported on AMCC and Freescale
PowerPC®, Cavium OCTEON®, Intel IXP4xx, and other MIPS® and
ARM® families of processors running Linux® or VxWorks®.
