Can you help with the hardware design for my embedded
system? |
|
|
Sorry,
this is one area where we cannot help you with. We aren't
geared towards hardware design for embedded systems.
However, because we work very closely with hardware, you may
find us very useful to have us on your team for board-bringup
and initial debugging of your hardware. Also our experience
with embedded products also makes us a valuable asset to
your team during the initial hardware features and cost
brainstorming. What we do best is work under the hood of
embedded operating systems at the network and device driver
level. |

If you guys are so great how come we haven't heard of you? |
|
|
That's a
valid question :-) TeamF1 has not been big on advertising
but we are working to remedy this. As explained in our
company philosophy, we are mainly an engineering-focused
company and our concentration until now has been on
delivering high-quality embedded solutions to our customers.
As our product-suite grows, you will undoubtedly hear more
about us. For now most of our references have been our
current (and very satisfied) customers. |

 |
Do you have operations in other countries? |
|
|
TeamF1 is
headquartered in Fremont, CA (U.S.A) in Silicon Valley where
our founding engineering team is located. We also have a
premier R&D facility in the bustling software hub city of
Hyderabad, India. Further, we have channel partners
worldwide to provide support and sales to our customers. If you
are interested in more details, please

What can you say about your testing procedures for your
products and projects? |
|
|
TeamF1
has a very mature and structured test methodology in place
for all its products and services. We plan out the testing
phase at the outset of a project, usually in the design
stage and refine it further as the implementation proceeds.
We also believe in automation of several portions of
testing, especially at the integration level, to complement
manual testing. For this purpose, we have developed
automation interfaces to embedded tools and have procured
network test equipment and software that helps us test more
and test smarter. |

What is this adaptOS thingy you mentioned? |
|
|
Er,
you'll have to wait for that one. We are still working on it
and its too early. Watch this site for more news in the
future! And, no -- it is not another embedded OS :-) |
